Thankful For You

Wednesday, November 27, 2019

Happy Thanksgiving!  Many of my fellow Americans are likely busy today in preparation for tomorrow's feast with friends and family.  In the midst of all this busyness, let me say how THANKFUL I am for all of YOU - for your friendship, your passion for crafting (like me!) and your love of Pink & Main!

For my card today, I created a background using distress oxide inks and the Four Points Star Stencil.  I stamped and colored these lovely flowers from the Fall Bouquets stamps with coordinating dies.  To finish, I placed a strip of orange cardstock, edged with brown ink, and cut brown cardstock using the 'Thanks' word die.

Blessings to you and yours this Thanksgiving!

Coffee Lovers Fall/Winter Blog Hop!!

Friday, November 1, 2019

Hooray!!!  Today begins the Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!!!

The hop begins today and runs through Friday, November 8th.  Link up your coffee/teacocoa projects for a chance to win (pssst...there are TONS of prizes to be won)!  Enter as many cards as you'd like!  This hop is SO much fun and filled with incredible inspiration too -- see you on the hop!

I do enjoy Concord & 9th turnabout stamps, but when I saw THIS one with the coordinating dies, I really did a happy, happy dance!  I ADORE it and thought it the perfect set to use for the start of the Coffee Loving Blog Hop!

I used distress oxide inks: Candied Apple, Peeled Paint, Ground Espresso and Pumice Stone to ink up the turnabout and coffee cup.  I added 'steam' and the spoon from dies I have in my 'coffee stash'.

Can't wait to see your fabulous coffee/tea/cocoa themed projects in the gallery this week!!
