Saturday Coffee Cafe - Fall's A Comin'

Happy Saturday and welcome to the Cafe!  I'm so glad you stopped by to see what's brewin'...

While I love summer, I'm about done with the humidity and ready to welcome in cooler weather and Fall!

For my card, I used pattern paper from Doodlebug Designs Flea Market (my camera didn't exactly capture the deep, rich fall colors of the paper).  The little wagon is from Honey Bee Stamps Little Red Wagon dies; the cute to-go cups and leaves are from Spellbinders I Dance dies and the sentiment is from Honey Be Stamps Pickup Lines stamp set.

The new Divinity Designs release is FABULOUS!!  Wait til you see it all!  I'm sharing FOUR projects today...

I LOVE the new cross stitch dies in this release...it brings back memories of when needlepoint was my biggest hobby!  For this card, I used:

This slimline is super sweet!  I used both new and older faves to create this card:

I always wanted to learn how to quilt, but never quite figured it out.  At least I can 'quilt' using this new Divinity Designs die!

Yay, I got to cross-stitch again!  The new cross-stitch dies open up so many creative possibilities!

Dies: Slimline Card Base, Slimline Cross Stitch Background, Candy Cane & Layers, Slimline Merry Christmas, Slimline Rectangles, Peaceful Poinsettia

Saturday Coffee Cafe - Sippin' Pretty

Welcome to the Saturday Coffee Cafe!  Thankfully, this coffee shop is open and everyone can come on in to see what's brewing!

I was so happy to have found Journals For Life!  This gorgeous stamp set called But First Coffee caught my eye and I couldn't wait to get it!  The shop has lots of beautiful stamps, ephemera and more!!

I created the slimline card using different patterns from Echo Park's Spring Market paper pad.  I loved coloring these pretty images from the But First Coffee set to coordinate with the paper!

Falalala Llama

Aww...Pink & Main's new FALA LLAMA set is so cute and festive!  This set contains four darling llama - use one or all four on a card, gift tag, background or make your own wrapping paper!

I created a split card with this set combined with the fabulous, new BE MERRY PAPER PAD!

I cut the card base front 2" from the top then added the stamped/layered piece to the top and adhered to a 1.5" piece at the bottom.  The sentiment was then stamped in the open space on the back/inside of the card.

Be sure to follow us via email/blog, Facebook and/or Instagram so you won't miss any projects the design team shares...not to mention, you'll be among the first to hear about deals and specials!

Coffee Loving Cardmakers & Paper Smooches Collaboration!

Yay!!!  The Coffee Loving Cardmakers are super excited to be collaborating with Paper SmoochesKim Hughes created THE cutest coffee and bubble tea stamp set (Caffeinated) plus the perfect sentiment set (Caffeinated Two) to coordinate!  And what better way to celebrate our collaboration than with an inspirational Blog Hop...and a chance to win a 25 gift certificate!!

For my first card, I used several holiday patterned papers for the background layer and to paper piece the cups.  The little Santa hats are from the Merry Motifs stamp set and the tiny coffee cups are from the Warm Hearts stamp set.

And for my next card...

I'll admit that I've never had bubble tea, but those who have seem to love it.  I guess I'll need to try a cup!  For this card, I paper pieced bright patterned paper on the cup and added the 'bubbles' in coordinating color cardstock.

Next up is the amazing Lisa Golzbein...

Lovin' the Seasons!

The newest Divinity Designs release has the perfect products to create wonderful gifts, cards and more for the upcoming holidays!  Today, I'm sharing two projects...

The first is the new Treat Tower die!!  This die has quickly become one of my favorites.  It's super easy to put together and can be used for any occasion.  Check out all those hidden boxes to fill with treats!  I combined the Be A Sunflower stamp/die Duo and Fall Favorites paper pad to create a pretty fall or Thanksgiving gift.

For my next project, I created a classic Christmas card using the new Loads of Love stamp/die Duo combining it with the new (and super fab) Rustic Christmas paper pad!!

Pink & Main October Release Sneak Peeks!

It's coming!  Well, yes, Christmas is coming in a couple months, but before then...the Pink & Main October Release is coming on October 20th!  Today I'm sharing a couple sneak peeks of this awesome release!

The new HOLIDAY SCENES DIES is amazing!   Creating a winter scene has never been easier...or cuter!  There are lots of different die elements to choose from to make a darling 3-D winter or holiday theme plus this folds to fit into an A2 envelope.  Just think how delighted the recipients of this pop out card will be!

My next card features the new HOLIDAY WREATHS and SEASONS GREETINGS word dies.  I used the Four Points Stars Stencil and blended light blue ink for a subtle background.  Then, placed the Santa sleigh from the HOLIDAY SCENES DIES in the center.
