Merry Monday Christmas Card Challenge #254

 Welcome back!  Today starts a new Merry Monday Christmas card challenge, so I'm really glad you stopped by!  Lori has a super cute challenge this week:  Create a Christmas card with a Moose on it!

NOTE:  The Design Team will be taking a break for July and August, but will see you in September :)

 For my card, I used some very fun Reverse Confetti products.  The candy cane and wood grain paper behind the scene was cut using Gift Card Holder Tag Confetti Cuts. This adorable little moose and scene elements is from Merry Christmoose stamp set and coordinating Confetti Cuts.

 It's Monday!!  Why am I so excited about that?  Because it means it's time for a new Merry Monday Christmas card challenge!!  Linda has a very sweet challenge for us this week:  Create a Christmas card with a bear on it!

 For my card, I started with some colorful, fun pattern paper.  The darling polar bear holding his little snowman is a stamp set and die collection from Neat & Tangled - Beary Merry.

Merry Monday Christmas Card Challenge #252 - Inspiration Photo

 Welcome to a new Merry Monday Christmas Card challenge!  I'm excited to be this week's hostess and my challenge is to create a Christmas card using the photo below as your inspiration!  Maybe the colors will inspire you or the elements that catch your eye :)  Can't wait to see how YOU interpret the photo!

 For my card, I was inspired by the tiered decor piece and loved all the pretty Christmas decorations.  I used a couple Papertrey Ink stamp sets and dies:  Spruce & Sprigs and Holiday Greens.  The sentiment is from and old My Favorite Things set Cheerful Christmas Greetings and the little jar is Memory Box Small Canning Jar die.

Merry Monday Christmas Card Challenge #251 - Monochromatic

 Welcome to June...and a brand new Merry Monday Christmas card challenge!  If you haven't started on your Christmas cards yet, then please join us each week and start building your stash!

Debbie is our hostess this week and she has a very 'cool' challenge:  Create a Christmas Card using monochromatic blues! 

 

 For my card, I created the background using Distress Oxide blue inks.  The die is a retired from Stampin Up and the snowflake dies are from Concord & 9th's Take a Bough die collection.  The word die is from STAMPlorations.

 For my card, I started with some wood printed pattern paper.  The pine cones and bough die is one of my favorites from Gina Marie Designs.  The sled is a die from Memory Box and the sentiment is from My Favorite Things Joyous Christmas Sentiments stamps.

For my card, I stared with a fabulous background die from Reverse Confetti - Lacy Scallop Frame Confetti Cuts which I put red cardstock behind.  The stamp set CAS-ual Fridays Mistletoe and Holly set.

 Let's here it for Monday!  What? (you say) Mondays are worth cheering about because it brings a new Merry Monday Christmas Card Challenge!

Marcia has a colorful challenge for us:  Create a Christmas card using turquoise, blue, green and purple!

 

 For my card, I started with some Doodlebug pattern paper.  The adorable mittens were created using Reverse Confetti Smitten Mittens stamp set and coordinating Confetti Cuts.

Merry Monday Christmas Card Challenge #247 Non-Black Silhouette

 It's a new week and a new Merry Monday Christmas Card Challenge!!  Sue's challenge for us this week is to create a Christmas card with a non-black silhouette!

 

For my card, I created the background using Distress Oxide Inks and splattered a few drops of clorox to create "snow".  The die cut is an older one from Memory Box. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink's In The Meadow set which I stamped on vellum.  A few clear sequins finished the winter scene.

Merry Monday Christmas Card Challenge #246 - Night Before Christmas

 There was a tradition with my husband's extended family that Dan (pseudo grandpa) would dress up in a vintage sleeping gown and cap and read "Twas The Night Before Christmas" to the kids.  He started that tradition with his own three boys and it continued with our children until he passed away several years ago.  That was such a special memory and something the kids always looked forward to!

 

 Nina has a special challenge for us: to create a Christmas Card using the Night Before Christmas theme.

For my card, I used this adorable Mama Elephant set - Festive Mice.  I've been needing a "reason" to break it open and was so thrilled to see Nina's challenge for this week!

 For my card I used Papertrey Ink's Friendship Jar Shaker Die and Sweet Holiday Wishes stamps/dies.  The circle dies are Reverse Confetti's Lacy Scallop Circle Confetti Cuts.
