Happy Saturday and welcome to the Cafe!  I'm so glad you decided to stop in to see what's brewin'...

 

It's National Coffee Week!!  Imagine...a whole week dedicated to all of us coffee (and tea and cocoa) lovers! 

 

To create my card, I use several items from Super Sponsor PINK & MAIN!  The background was created using the Plaid Cover Dies Bundle - just love this set!  I just couldn't resist using the newly released Gingerbread Kisses Stamps and coordinating Dies.

This has to be my FAVORITE stamp set from the new Pink & Main Release called Mugs & Kisses!  I love fun mugs and these are just the cutest!  I used the the Sympathy Slimline (scallop rectangle) for the framed, backdrop.

For my slimline card, I first cut dark brown cardstock using the Cross Stitched Slimline die and cut the opening with one of the Embossed Edge Nesting Dies.  On the back of this die cut, I adhered Slimline Acetate then lined the frame with foam tape.  I used several sprinkles/sequins for my shaker elements (see thumbnails below) then adhered the New! Slimline Pattern Paper to enclose the shaker before adhering it to the card base.

These wonderful coffee cups are from the Layered Coffee Cup dies which I cut from the new Slimline Pattern Paper and cardstock.  The sentiment is from the Merry Critters stamp set and the 'coffee' word from the Got Coffee dies.  I love this classic deer die cut from the Crafters Essentials Winter Dies.

Today I'm sharing a card created with one of my favorite Pink & Main sets: Christmas Mugs!  I layered a bright green cardstock to the card base then offset a piece of red gingham pattern paper.  As a backdrop for the Christmas Mugs images, I cut kraft cardstock using one of Pink & Main's Postage dies.  To finish, I used the peppermint image from the set and covered it with glaze then stamped the sentiment onto red cardstock cut with one of Pink & Main's Stitched Circle dies.
