Saturday Coffee Cafe - I Love Coffee

Welcome to the Saturday Coffee Café!  I’m so happy you stopped in and am excited to share my project with you today!

My card was created with some fun and pretty products from Joy Clair!  I started by white embossing the pretty swirly image from the Hugs & Smiles stamp set on watercolor paper.  Then I used Reverse Confetti Iced Aqua, RC Aqua and Salsa reinker inks to watercolor in the images.  I then stamped and fussy cut the cute coffee cups from Coffee Lovers.  The sentiments are from both the Hugs & Smiles and Coffee Lovers stamp sets.

Hope you have a wonderful day.  See you again next time!

My card features two fabulous goodies from Joy Clair!  The Coffee To Go background stamp is amazing.  I used a watercolor technique, using masking fluid on the cups to create the background.  Love getting inky!  The large cup is from a Joy Clair coffee stamp set favorite:  Coffee Lovers that I paper pieced and then stamped the sentiment.  THANKS a Latte, Joy Clair, for the collaboration and hop!

Next up is the super talented Katie Brooks!

Rainbow Panda

Happy World Cardmaking Day!   I had planned to be in my craft room all day to celebrate, but other commitments had to come first.  Good news is I have the rest of the evening to play!  Hope you found some time today to commemorate OUR day to make cards!

For my card, I chose a background die - Split Chevron Cover Up - from My Favorite Things and cut a rainbow of cardstock to inlay the die.  The adorable panda is from MFT's Sushi Date set and the sentiment which I stamped on vellum is from the Let's Get Cozy set.

Thanks to these challenges for the inspiration:
