25 Days of Christmas Tags - Pink & Main

Yay!  I'm so excited to be sharing my Pink &Main tag in Tracey McNeely's 25 Days of Christmas Tags hop!

Join the hop for tons of Christmas tag inspiration and, of course, prizes!

For my tag, I started with one of the ARCH TAG DIES and cut white cardstock then a pattern from the BE MERRY paper pad.  I then created a scene using elements from the HOLIDAY SCENE DIES.  The sentiment is from the HOLLY JOLLY set and stamped on red cardstock using one of the ARCH TAG DIES.

To finish, I added the bow cut from lime green cardstock using the MEDIUM BOW die.

There are an abundant amount of PRIZES to be won!!  Head on over to Tracey's blog to get all the exciting details!  Also - STAMPlorations has an amazing sale going on right now...

All of my tags today feature STAMPlorations Stitched Tags Nesting dies.  These are fabulous dies with the largest one  measuring 3.75" x 6.45"! (shown next...)

Using the largest Stitched Tag Nesting die, I sponged some distressed oxide ink on the base.  I used the Delight In The Joys Topografia stamp for the sentiment and for the images:  Layered Lights and Layered Mistletoe.

For my next tag, I first sponged some different green distress oxide inks on the base then stamped the Peace, Love, Joy Topografia sentiment.

Then I used transparent embossing paste with the Christmas Tree 1 stencil from Sanna Lippert's line and sprinkled glitter.

For the last tag, I used several blue distress oxide inks on the tag base and stamped the From Across The Miles Typographia sentiment.

Next, I cut white glitter cardstock with the Stitched Winter Landscape die.  The snowman face was created using Layered Snowman stamp set.

And there's more...

25 Days of Christmas Tags: Pink & Main

It's Day 9 of Tracey McNeeley's 25 Days of Christmas TagsPink & Main is featured today so be sure to stop by and check out the amazing tags the Design Team has to share with you!

Oh, did I mention there are PRIZES to be won?!  Head on over to
to Tracey's blog to get all the exciting details!

For my tag, I began with one of the Arch Tag dies which I first cut from white cardstock then two different patterns from the Jolly Paper Pad.  For the black cardstock center, I used the end of the Arch Tag die to cut the top and bottom of the strip of cardstock.

I love this stitched Bow Die!  I used the medium sized one - it also comes in a small bow die and large bow die :)  The images are from two of my favorite sets:  Christmas Mugs and Sweet Christmas!  I added a chunky glitter to the 'whipped cream' on the cocoa mug.

Saturday Coffee Cafe - Be Jolly

Welcome to the Saturday Coffee Café feature on the Coffee Loving Cardmakers blog – I’m so glad you’re here because it’s that time of year to be jolly.  I’m not talking about the Christmas season, I’m talking about Starbucks Eggnog Lattes!!  Yep, they’ll be here in a couple weeks and I can’t wait :)!

I created a tag in honor of this special occasion and also for another special event…the 25 Days of Christmas Tags blog hop!  For the last several years, Tracey McNeeley of In My Creative Opinion has hosted this fabulous event.  There are tons of inspiration, camaraderie and prizes up for grabs!

I used one of the My Favorite Things Pierced Tag dies for the base and created a background sponging distress ink oxide ink over Tim Holtz Stencil Nordic Layered Stencil and added pattern paper for the bottom.  The cup was made with My Favorite Things Cool Cup die.  For the the top tab I used Reverse Confetti Hang Ups die and the holly/berries were cut from pattern paper and gold cardstock using Reverse Confetti Holly dies.  The word die is STAMPlorations Be Jolly Phrase die.
