 For my card, I first cut Dark Roast cardstock using the Stitched Scallop Cover Panel and adhered to the card base.  The frame was added by cutting Premier Polar White cardstock with the largest die in the All Framed Up die set.  

I love the OMG stamps/dies and coordinating sentiments -- it's so fun!  These darling critters are all from the Cheerful Pals set and coordinating dies.
