Letter writing seems to be a lost art. When I was young, I had several pen pals and always looked forward to getting letter from them! We used to decorate our own stationary (was crafty even then!) and sometimes send little gifts or surprises inside. The written word is very powerful because it's like a part of someone.
My card today was created with a couple of things I love by Reverse Confetti: Mouse Mail stamp set and Stitched Squares dies. I layered Salsa cardstock and a pattern from the Fun Times paper pad onto the card base. Using the Stitched Squares dies, I cut Salsa cardstock for the frame, placed Stormy cardstock behind it and stamped the sentiment from the stamp set. I then stamped and colored these adorable mice and several of the letters/envelopes; popping them up on the card.
