A Little Bit of Spring

 

 

If you're like me, Spring can't come fast enough!  Even though there's tons of snow still on the ground here, my craft room was filled with tulips and the promise of the coming Easter holiday!

 

For my card, I cut a blue striped pattern paper using one of the NEVER ENDING NESTING DIES and adhered it to the card base.  Using one of the new SLIMLINE FILM STRIP BORDER DIES, I cut dark brown cardstock and adhered it on top of the pattern paper.  These lovely flower bouquet was created with the new LAYERED TULIP BOUQUET DIE SET which I doubled the stems/leaves by using two different colors of green cardstock before adding the diecut tulips and bow.  For the sentiment, I used the HAPPY EASTER W/SHADOW DIE and cut the 'shadow' from vellum and the words from a soft coral cardstock.  To finish, I placed a few BLUE HEART DROPLETS.
