For my card today, I cut Mist cardstock using the new Cloudy Day Cover Panel and adhered it to the cardbase.  I then took the cloud cut outs and popped them up offset from the cloud openings on the background piece.  The images and sentiment are from the new Rain or Shine set.  To finish, I added some clear sequins.
