Cup of Joy


 Sometimes it's the simple things that bring us joy and today has been filled with them:  a warm sunny day, watching baby Cardinals being nudged to fly by mama/papa birds, seeing my lilac bush has grown and bloomed (finally) and creating in my craft room with that first cup of coffee!


 Another joy was playing with this awesome stamp set by Right at Home: Cup of Joy.  I really love paper piecing and this set is the perfect one for that!  I had been hoarding this pattern paper for just the right card and was excited to use it today!

    Well now I can see why you were hoarding this paper. It is gorgeous. Love how your card looks I bet with your lilac blooming it smells so good at your house. Mine was in bloom 2 weeks ago. Love watching cardinals as well. What a blessing to enjoy simple things.
