Since my hands were already stained with ink from the cards I made last night, I figured why not just roll with it and play with inks again!!
I used a new butterfly stencil I bought a while ago from STAMPlorations. Using Tim Holtz mini ink pads, I inked the back of the stencils, layed it on watercolor paper and sponged around the stencil before lifting it up. I've been lovin' Tim Holtz Ranger inks - omg, they are so brilliant and rich (will definitely need to get more!). The butterfly die cuts are "go to" dies from Memory Box and the wonderful Bible verse is one of my favorites from Verve!
Thanks so much to these challenges for the inspiration:
Clean and Layered style
