Watercolor Spring

Monday, June 16, 2014

I haven't watercolored in a long time.  I forgot how much fun it is.  I use an aqua painter and instead of filling it with water, I use clear floor wax.  I know, sounds weird, but I learned that technique years ago.  The colors are more vibrant and the ink goes on so much easier.  What do you think?

These challenges inspired my card...

They are featuring Sweet Pea stamps - which I really like - sadly, I don't own any :(

We're invited to use one of the sketches the design team choose!
