Snowflakes

 Going from sunny 80 degree weather a week ago to rainy 49 degree temps today felt like it could have snowed.  My body is not ready for this -- at least not ready for such a sudden drop in temps, but I am glad to be wearing sweaters!


 I got to get a little messy tonight.  The background of my card was created by watercoloring with several colors of Distressed Oxide ink and some spritz of water.  The delicate snowflakes were made with a stencil I made out of Reverse Confetti Snowflake Trio dies which I layered embossing paste over.  The 'let it snow' words is a STAMPlorations phrase die.  I then added large, clear sequins for a bit of sparkle.

  9. BTW... I think we live in the same part of the world... it has been a long time since we have seen a 20 degree drop in temperature. I have a sweatshirt on! I live on the Treasure Coast, FL.
