For my card, I used the Linked Circles Cover Panel cut from White Cloud cardstock.  I just love this little monkey with his hat, presents and sentiment from Monkey Business stamp set and Confetti Cuts -- he's just so much fun -- which I layered on two awesome Confetti Cuts: Straight Stripes Pretty Panel and Love Note.  Now every party needs some garland so I layered on these festive ones: Double Banner Garland Confetti Cuts and Star Garland Confetti Cuts.
