Look Who I Met!!

 

Last week, my friend, Gretchen, and I were lucky enough to attend a class taught by none other than, Jenn Shurkus, creative instructor for Lawn Fawn!  Our (only) local scrapbook store, Legacy Paper Arts, hosted the event.  Jenn is a great, patient teacher and we made some very fun cards!  Such a thrill!!

This was my first pop up card which was super easy using the Stitched Hillside Pop Up and Grassy Hillside Add-on Dies

I usually don't have the opportunity to attend classes or go to any of the trade shows, but now I think I'm hooked!  One of Dare 2B Artzy designers, Melody Blake, is teaching a class at the end of the month at Legacy Paper Arts.  I met this lovely woman at Jenn's class and now am really looking forward creating with her!
