I'll be having dinner this week with a good friend who recently celebrated her 60th birthday! We've been friends for 37 years (I can't believe either of those numbers, by the way!) and this card is for her :)
I chose Stampin Up Birthday Bloom stamp set and used copics to color then fussy cut the image. Adding a simple stitched circle die cut from My Favorite things, I stamped the sentiment inside and added this big, bright pink sequins !
