Let It Snow...and snow...and snow!


 Whew...the big storm of 2016 barely missed us, but I'm hoping all you folks dealing with ALOT of the white stuff are safe and warm (and hopefully, with power!)  I have family in NY and they are expected to get 20"!  I can't even image.

For my card I stamped the sentiment on the base then created the shaker using My Favorite Things pierced frame and filled with iridescent mica flakes.  On the front of the acetate, I used a "snow" stencil and embossing paste. 

Thanks to these challenges for the inspiration!

    Hi Kathy! Here in PA we got a good bit of snow...much more than they had originally predicted, but we never lost power, or our satellite dish! And I got some craft room time in, so it's all good! Your card is so pretty...a perfect incarnation of a "winter wonderland!" :)
