I've been trying my hand at shaker cards and really having fun (aren't "new" techniques pretty awesome?!) This came together pretty quickly (that's pretty awesome, too, since it usually takes me hours!), but I have to thank these challenges for making it so easy!
I used the frame die from Paper Smooches; the confetti/streamers and word die cuts are from Papertrey Ink. I did try to stamp the word "birthday" on the acetate window, but all it did was smear. I think the "birthday" theme of the card seems pretty obvious (I think....)
I love your unique take on this week's challenge, Kathy! It definitely makes me Happy! ( I feel some Pharrell Williams coming on!) The colours and the shaker card, along with those crazy flags out the side add up to an amazing design. Thanks for playing with us at As You See It Challenges this week!

What a cheerful card Kathy! Bright colours, confetti, streamers - so fun! Just a little tip for next time - To stamp on the acetate you may want to try a solvent-based ink (like a Staz-On) or something that isn't water-based. Thanks so much for playing with us at the As You See It Challenge!
