Glittering Snowflakes

Brrrr!  Snow storm came through our area yesterday and left a LOT of glittering snowflakes...about 5" worth and cold, cold, cold temps!  The best thing to do today was to just stay inside and play in my craft room.  Like I need an excuse :)

For my card, I started by making a stencil template from the Snowballs Cover Panel and used glitter paste to create the glittery background.  Using the Layered Snowflake die from Reverse Confetti, I cut Baby Blue and Navy cardstock then added lots of bling!  If snowflakes looked like this, I could actually handle 5" of them!

Thanks to these challenges for the inspiration..

  2. Kathy, that's stunning. I love all the beautiful feminine details on the large snowflake, and the dotted embossing makes it look as if it's still snowing!!
