At least I could find some Spring in my craft room :) For my card, I started by using the larger frame in Reverse Confetti's All Framed Up dies. The pretty flowers are from the Petals 'n Posies stamp set and coordinating dies. The large 'happy birthday' was created using Sentiment Essentials stamps and dies.
