Kathy Schweinfurth You Are Here

Here are my sneak peeks featuring Mod Floral Stack and Pattern Builder stamp sets and their coordinating dies plus Geo Panel Confetti Cuts:

For my first card, I started by layering Premier Polar White Cardstock onto the base.  The pretty rainbow paper is one of the designs in the new Cue the Confetti paper pad. I stamped the Mod Floral Stack images using Bumblebee, Rose, Grape Soda and Iced Aqua inks and adhered them edge to edge then cut Midnight  cardstock using one of the dies in the new Pattern Builder die set to create butterflies!  The sentiment from the new Mod Floral Stack stamp set was white embossed on Midnight cardstock.

For my next card, I cut Midnight cardstock using the Lacy Scallop Frame and layered it on top of a Premier Polar White cardstock  base.  I then used the new Geo Panel die also cut from Midnight cardstock and layered that on top to create a tone on tone look.  The new Pattern Builder will create infinite designs -- I made a single floral design using Lime Green, Bumblebee, Rose and Midnight inks.  The sentiment is from the new Mod Floral Stack stamp set.

Happy Birthday, Shery Russ of STAMPlorations!

Thursday, July 5, 2018

Hip Hip Hooray - it's Shery Russ' (owner of STAMPlorations) birthday today!!  To celebrate Shery's special day, the DT are having a blog hop in her honor -- come join in the festivities!

If there's a party, you need a pretty party dress, right?  For my card, I used the Party Dresses stamp set which is super fun to play with!  The first dress, I gold embossed and copic colored and the next two dresses I stamped and cut from pattern paper then added the stamped/fussy cut bow to all three.  The fabulous perfume bottle from the Parfumerie set was paper pieced and I used a clear glitter pen for the 'crystal' topper.   The new word phrase dies are awesome and I used the Make A Wish die cut from gold cardstock.

Thanks to these challenges for the design inspiration:

July Countdown to Confetti - Day One!

Yippee!!  Today is Day One of Countdown to Confetti!  Reverse Confetti's July release will be available on July 8th!!  In the meantime, the Design Team will be sharing sneak peeks everyday through release day!

Check out what the Design Team is sharing with you today!  Leave a comment on each designer's sneak peek post (link list below) by noon CST on the 7th for a chance to win a $15 gift certificate to the Reverse Confetti store.  Visit our Facebook page for another chance to win a $15 gift certificate! Here are my sneak peeks featuring Elegant Florals stamp set and coordinating Confetti Cuts AND The Most Beauty stamp set...

For my first card, I layered Midnight cardstock, Sunshine cardstock and one of the new designs in the Cue the Confetti paper pad to a Premier Polar White cardstock base.  The tag was created using Topped Off The Tag die with the Squared Off The Tag Topper die both cut from Midnight cardstock.  I placed a piece of Premier Polar White cardstock in the center and stamped one of the lovely sentiments from the new The Most Beauty stamp set.  The flowers are from the new Elegant Florals stamp set and coordinating dies (and they really ARE elegant) which I copic colored.

There are so many possibilities with the Elegant Florals set as you have seen as you've been hopping along!

I created two different looks using the same Elegant Florals stamp and layout.  This first one, I stamped the flowers and then covered them with masking fluid.  Once dried, I sponged Bumblebee ink over the card and then blended Rust ink around the edges and removed the masking.  I cut Rust Cardstock with one of the Stitched Squares to frame the card.  To finish, I stamped one of the sentiment stamps on Premier Polar White Cardstock cut with the oval in the Jam Jar dies and sponged the edges with Sand ink.

Then for the 2nd card, I followed the same technique as above, but sponged the rose images in Bumblebee ink and used Midnight Cardstock cut with one of the Stitched Squares for the frame.
