Reverse Confetti July Release Sneak Peek - Day One!

It's Day One of our Countdown to Confetti !! For the next few days, I'll be sharing projects created with this month's awesome new products...you're gonna love the release which will be available to purchase on July 8th. Check out today's sneak peeks...

For this first card, I layered Sunshine cardstock and a design from the Free Spirit 6x6 pad. Then, I cut the yellow pattern paper from the new Under The Umbrella pad using the new Pierced Round Top Layers Confetti Cuts. The pretty flower images are from the new Banners in Bloom stamp set and coordinating Confetti Cuts. Lastly, I layered the sentiment - stamped with the new Bellini ink pad and cut with the coordinating Confetti Cuts - on top of the Straight Stripes Pretty Panel.

My next card features Build A Bunch stamp set with the coordinating Confetti Cuts and Thanks Square Confetti Cuts! These pretty flowers are so much fun to arrange -- the possibilities are endless! And what can I say about the Thanks Square Confetti Cuts (and there's a 'Hello" one, too!) ...cardmaking doesn't get any easier than this!

Our Daily Bread Designs - Guest Designer!

Today I have some exciting news! I'm so honored to have been invited to be a guest designer for Our Daily Bread Designs for the next couple of months!! I'm new to ODBD and am impressed with the crisp quality of their stamps and dies!

The July Release is packed full of summer fun! Today my card features the new Bon Voyage set. For my card, I layered papers from the Birthday Brights pattern paper pad cut with the Pierced Rectangle dies. For the image, I sponged the base with yellow, orange and red then stamped the larger palm tree image. The sentiment was stamped on white cardstock cut from one of the Pierced Circle dies.

Verve July Guest Diva!

I have some super exciting news...I'm a Guest Diva for Verve Stamps this month!! Whoo Hoo! When Julee asked if I'd be interested, I couldn't type 'yes' fast enough -- this is SO exciting especially being such a fan of Verve Stamps!

My card today features florals and sentiment from Surely Goodness stamp set and Goodness Flowers dies. I first embossed the flowers and then watercolored using Distressed Inks. The sentiment is one of my favorite verses!

Paper Sweeties July Inspiration Challenge

I've been enjoying the wonderful berries this season...especially strawberries! Juicy and sweet - yum!! With the 4th of July a few days away, I'm looking forward to enjoying those berries on angel food cake with whipped cream on top!

Today starts a brand new Paper Sweeties Inspiration Challenge. Hope you'll join the fun!

For my card, I started with with some summery pattern paper. Then, I created the basket using Paper Sweeties Basket stamp and coordinating Sweet Cuts. I filled the basket with these yummy strawberry images from the Homegrown stamp set and coordinating Sweet Cuts adding a black glaze for the seeds. The cute little tag was made with Scallop Circle Frame Sweet Cuts and sentiment from So Sweet of You then tied onto the basket with Frosting Seam Binding. I added a touch of bling with a few Strawberry Sequins.
