I recently got back from a trip to the beach and have been dreaming of being back there every day since!

For my card, I layered these awesome Reverse Confetti coffee images and die cuts against a piece of burlap which looked like a beach mat to me :)  The coffee cups were created with Caffeinated Cups stamps and coordinating Confetti Cuts.  The other die cuts:  Wild Words Confetti Cuts and Sand Dollar Confetti Cuts.

Teacup of Roses

Coffee & Friends

I have a lot of coffee/tea stamp sets and dies...but one can never have too many!  For some reason, I went back and forth on this super cute set from Simon Says Stamp called Coffee and Tea.  Then, when I had the opportunity to shop the on-site store at Stamp & Create it just magically jumped in my bag (ok, my hands gave it a little help!).  I love to paper piece and this set is perfect for that technique!  The bottom half of my card was embossed with Tim Holtz Ringer embossing folder.

June Weddings

 June is such a popular month for weddings -- or at least traditional. Funny, I went to the chiropractor today and he shared that today was a special day -- he and is wife were celebrating their 23rd wedding anniversary.  So, happy anniversary Dr. Moore and all those others celebrating June weddings!

 My card was created using My Favorite Things Bride & Groom dies and Pierced Rectangle Frames dies.

Nautical Coffee Blend

Yay, it's really summer!  The weather has been so warm -- almost too warm for June, but I'm not complaining - I love it!  Know what else is heating up?  The Summer Coffee Lovers Bloghop as we're coming to an end of Day Four!

For my card, I started with some bright nautical and summery papers I found in my stash.  I paper pieced the cup from a super cute set from Joy Clair: Coffee Lovers and used one of the sentiments from the same set.

Shake A Latte

Today I'm 'shakin it up' a bit using some fabulous new goodies from Jillibean Soup!  I think I actually gasped when I saw this stamp set and coordinating cup-shaped shaker!  Perfect set for the Summer Coffee Lovers Bloghop!

My card features Jillibean Soup's Latte stamp and die set and coffee cup shaped shaker.  I mixed my own sequins using colors to match the tiny flowers.  The background was created using Elizabeth Craft Design coffee bean embossing folder.  The heart 'steam' is from a retired SU die set.

Rise & Grind

The best part of my morning is that very first sip of coffee!  Warm comfort in a cup - yum!  Another thing that's making me feel warm all over is to see all the wonderful, summery inspiration at the Summer Coffee Lovers Bloghop!

For my card, I chose some pretty pattern paper for the background panels.  I used the sunburst die from Papertrey Ink's Scene It Skyscapes collection and placed it over a sky blue stitched circle die cut.  The cup from STAMPlorations After Coffee set was paper pieced and fussy cut.  To finish, I add the Rise & Grind word die from STAMPlorations.

Coffee is Magical

Coffee sure is magical and rainbow cups falling from the sky would certainly brighten my day :)  The amount of creativity I've seen in the Summer Coffee Lovers Bloghop is absolutely enchanting - wow!  You guys are awesome!!

 

For my card, I first sponged some distressed ink for the backdrop.  This unicorn cutie floating on the rainbow/clouds is from Avery Elle Be A Unicorn stamp set and dies, the tiny coffee cups are from Reverse Confetti's Coffee and You set and the 'magical' word die cut is STAMPlorations.

Picture Perfect

Simply said, coffee makes me smile...it's picture perfect!
 The Summer Coffee Lovers Bloghop also is making me smile...have you seen all the fabulous creations submitted?!!  Today is Day Four and there's still plenty of time to join the fun!

For my card, I chose this pretty paper from American Crafts True Stories. The cup was paper pieced using Simon Says Stamp What's Brewing stamp set.  I then created a 'picture frame' and placed a strip of Tim Holtz Filmstrip ribbon through it and fussy cut some flowers from the patter paper.  The 'smile' word die cut is from STAMPlorations.
