The colors of summer are bright and beautiful. We've had enough good rains to keep everything lush and growing -- it's fabulous -- and an inspiration for my card :)

I first layered Lime Green and Midnight cardstock onto the card base. Using the new Geo Panel, I cut Premier Polar White cardstock as a backdrop. For the colorful leaves, I cut several patterns from Cue The Confetti paper pad and coordinating cardstock using the new Mod Floral Stack Confetti Cuts. The sentiment, from the Mod Floral stamp set, was white embossed on Midnight cardstock.

Happy Saturday! Today I'm headed to a get together with other stampers in my area - we're called the Ohio Stamp Junkies and we meet once a month at a local craft store - Legacy Paper Arts. I'm so thankful for both the group and the owner of the store for letting us meet there (she has an awesome crafting space!) THANK YOU, Joyce!

For my card, I used several lovely products from Reverse Confetti! I started by cutting Premier Polar White cardstock with the larger Lacy Scallop Frame and adhered to my card base. The flowers are from one of my all time favorite sets: Blooms 'N Buds. The sentiment, from Kindness Cards, was gold embossed on Midnight cardstock.

Paper Sweeties Spring Has Sprung

It's the last day of Paper Sweeties March Blast from the Past. Today the inspiration for my card was knowing Spring IS coming...even if the temps haven't yet realized it, my tulips think so! There's something so exciting about seeing the little green leaves peeking through the earth...it just lifts my spirits!

For my card, I started by using some Brea Reese glitter watercolors to create the background. The bright, springy tulips are from the Hippity Hoppity Easter Wishes stamp set/dies and the watering can is from the Showering You With Love stamp set/dies. For the sun, from the Island Time stamp set/dies, I stamped and die cut the image from a distress oxide ink background I made. The clouds are from the Let's Go To The Beach stamp set/dies. The fun sentiment is from the Love You To Pieces stamp set.
