Reverse Confetti May Release Blog Hop

Hooray - today's the day!! The new release is now available in the store!

Let's get this party started!!

My project today features a fun, space party theme!  (I think I was inspired from binge watching the first season of Lost In Space on Netflix!)  Taking plain black paper cups, I wrapped a strip of pattern paper from the new Paper Bliss 6x6 paper pad and added the colored Moon Man images/die cuts.  For the placecard, I took Brick Cardstock and layered on the new Polka Panel cut from Premier Polar White Cardstock then scored the center to fold adding the stars and rocket.

To compliment the ensemble, I put the adorable Moon Man images on paper straws that sit in these cute milk bottles I found at Michael's.

If I had a little more time, I would have added little paper gift bags filled with small toys/treats and decorated the bags with more Moon Man images and coordinating dies!

For my last project, I just had to do something with glitter...because every party needs sparkle and shine!

Taking the new Candles Confetti Cuts, I cut the card base a couple times to create a big row of candles.  On the back, I covered the openings with packing tape, keeping the sticky part facing forward.  Then I sprinkled different glitter over the openings which adhered to the sticky tape.  I thought this sentiment from the new Birthday Wishes set went perfectly and I added a few sequins to complete.

Of course, every birthday needs a sweet treat!  I used a clear Treat Tube and cut glittery cardstock with the Treat Tube Topper Confetti Cuts filling the tube with donut holes.  I stamped the larger Tag Duo die cut from RC Aqua Cardstock and tied both ends of the Treat Tube Topper using Caribbean twine.

Be sure to hop along with us...you won't want to miss even one of the fabulous creations the Design Team has to share today!
