Let's Celebrate...YOU!

 When I was little, no birthday was complete without birthday hats!  My daughter and her friends never liked them - the chin elastic was bothersome.  I'd buy them anyway and fill them with treats because you just gotta have birthday hats for a birthday celebration (at least when you're little!)


 For my card, I started with a gold polka dot vellum and striped pattern paper.  I layered on Reverse Confetti Wonky Double Edge Scallop Border die cut and Mini Circle Garland Pretty Panel cut from gold cardstock and then added the hat using Party Hats stamp set and coordinating Confetti Cuts.  For the sentiment, I used one from the Circle Wishes stamp set and layered it on top of the small Lacy Scallop Circle Confetti Cuts.  The finishing touch:  pretty pink sequins!
