A "forever friend". I hope you've been blessed to have one of those people in your life. That person who knows more about you than you care to admit! The one who, even if you haven't seen them in a long, long time, can pick up a conversation like you two just spoke yesterday.
My friend, Barbara, is like that. We went to elementary school together, but didn't become good friends until we went to the same high school. I lived at her house or so it felt like and we told each other everything. A lot has happened in our lives over the years and we no longer live near each other, but every so often one of us picks up the phone and it's like we just talked yesterday!
